I started going to I.C.E. Group Training 3 times a week, I realised I needed regular exercise to help me get my weight back under control.

Since the day I had my first baby I started to struggle with my weight. Three babies down and I was bigger than I have ever been my whole life. I suffered with extreme morning sickness in all my pregnancies, any food eaten while I was pregnant was a rare time. This made food after each pregnancy something I couldn't wait to get stuck in too. So I started eating a lot, especially junk food, because unfortunately I am a sweet tooth. But by the time you get asked a dozen times if your pregnant again you realise it's time to do something to fix yourself, so that's what I did.
I started going to Kellie's I.C.E. Group Training 3 times a week, I realised I needed regular exercise to help me get my weight back under control. I felt great and was definitely getting fitter, however I wasn't losing weight still, I was just maintaining my weight, and this was due to my food habits and nutrition. So that has led me to my next step which is simply eating healthy nutritious food and everything in moderation. Now this combined with the exercise I do with Kellie has started me seeing the results I want. I'm still eating my 3 meals every day, plus 2-3 snacks a day as well, but due to the choices I now make with my food I have been able to lose 7 kg in 3 months.
I have been exercising with Kellie now for over a year and while it's only been since I started being careful with my food, I know I wouldn't have lost this weight without this regular exercise as well. I have also seen goals reached with my fitness, for example at first I couldn't run even half way around the oval without stopping to walk part of the way, now I can run a full lap. Also I can now touch my toes, which I haven't been able to do for goodness knows how long. I have more energy and just feel better in general.
